Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our Guarantee

If your licensed provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, you will not be charged. This is our core commitment and it applies to every consultation.

All Sales Final Once Prescribed

By completing checkout and submitting your order, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final once a licensed provider has prescribed your medication and the order has been transmitted to the pharmacy for fulfillment. This applies whether or not the order has shipped at the time of your cancellation request, and whether or not you have received the medication.

This policy reflects federal pharmacy regulations (21 C.F.R. § 205.50) and applicable state pharmacy law, which prohibit licensed pharmacies from accepting the return of dispensed prescription medications into inventory. This restriction is industry-wide and applies to all licensed telehealth and compounding pharmacies operating in the United States.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:

  1. Not Prescribed — Full Refund If a licensed provider reviews your intake and determines that treatment is not appropriate for you and no prescription is issued, the pre-authorization on your payment method will be released or, if a charge has been made, you will receive a full refund. No action is required on your part.
  2. Damaged or Incorrect Shipment If your shipment arrives damaged, contains an incorrect medication, or is materially different from what was prescribed, contact us at support@offlinetelehealth.com within seven (7) days of delivery with your name, order details, and a description of the issue. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or, on a case-by-case basis, issue a refund.

No Other Refunds

Outside of the two exceptions above, prescribed medications are not eligible for refund, return, exchange, or cancellation under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Forgotten or unexpected charges
  • Dissatisfaction with results or rate of progress
  • Side effects within the range disclosed by your provider
  • Decision to pursue alternative treatment
  • Inability to continue treatment for personal, financial, or other reasons
  • Failure to use, store, or administer the medication as directed
  • Any reason not expressly listed above

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Disputed Charges and Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer for a prescribed medication that has been dispensed does not modify your obligations under this policy. Offline Telehealth reserves the right to contest such disputes and to provide payment processors and card networks with evidence including your account registration, medical intake submission, the provider’s prescription, pharmacy dispensation records, delivery confirmation, and the contents of these terms. Filing an unwarranted chargeback may result in suspension or termination of your Offline Telehealth account.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the eligible circumstances described above, contact us at support@offlinetelehealth.com with your name and order details. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
